ABOUT THE LITTLE PRINCE
Since its publication in 1943 in New York, The Little Prince has become a global phenomenon, with over 300 million copies sold. It is the most translated book, with more than 600 official versions, and captivates with its values and message of hope. The iconic character continues to span generations and continents, in various forms such as films, series, exhibitions, shows, and events.

Experience

What can I expect from the event? This immersive exhibition invites you to discover or rediscover "The Little Prince" from a whole new angle. Saint Exupéry's watercolors and words come to life on the floors and walls, transporting us to a world where the imagination knows no bounds. Roses, foxes and snakes speak, and we travel from desert to prairie, from planet to planet without the slightest difficulty, as neither time nor space seems to have any hold.
Where is the Atelier des Lumières? The exhibition is located at L'Atelier des Lumières, 38 rue Saint Maur, Paris 75011.
How long does the experience last? The visit lasts an average of 50 minutes.
Is there a parking lot nearby? We encourage you to get to the Atelier des Lumières by public transport. If this is not possible, you can park on the outskirts of Square Gardette or Père-Lachaise cemetery.

Tickets

Where can I buy tickets? You can buy tickets from the Fever app or on the Fever website. There will also be an on-site box office. We recommend, however, that you book your tickets in advance to ensure a time slot.
What payment methods can I use to buy my tickets online? You can pay by credit card, Apple Pay, Paypal or Google Pay.
The date I want is sold out. Can I buy tickets on site? Tickets are purchased primarily online. You can buy tickets on site, subject to availability.
How do I know if my order has been successful? Your tickets have been purchased when you receive an e-mail confirming your purchase.
Do I have to print out my ticket? No, you can present your tickets on your smartphone.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do? You can find your ticket in the Fever app, in the "Tickets" section. If you haven't yet installed the app, you can find it in the confirmation e-mail. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us at hello@feverup.com
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy? Tickets cannot be returned or refunded. However, you can exchange the date/slot of your ticket from your Fever account. Exchanges are only possible once, up to 24 hours before your visit.
Can I pay for my tickets with vacation / culture vouchers? Yes, you can pay for your tickets with paper vacation vouchers. Culture vouchers are not accepted.
I have tickets purchased from my Works Council or invitations. Do I need to reserve my ticket? You don't need to reserve a slot online in advance; you can just turn up on the date of your choice, armed with your tickets or invitation.

I'm an ICOM cardholder, can I access the Atelier des Lumières? No, we don't accept ICOM cards.
Who are Family Tickets for? Family tickets are available for 2 adults + 2 young people (aged 3 to 25).
If my child is under 3, do I need to reserve a place for him/her? No, he/she is entitled to free admission on site.

Accessibility to the Event

I won't be able to attend the reserved time slot, can I come to the one before or the one after? It is possible to enter 15 minutes before or after the reserved time slot. If you arrive at a time slot other than that shown on your tickets, you will be refused access.
Is there an age requirement? There is no minimum age required to take part in the experience. Children under 3 can enter free of charge.
Are pets allowed? Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility? The Atelier des Lumières is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. An elevator provides access to the mezzanine. Disabled cardholders and their companions benefit from reduced rates on presentation of proof.
Can I go to the Atelier des Lumières with a suitcase? The Atelier des Lumières has a locker for bags and suitcases. Cellophane-covered suitcases are not permitted.
Can I bring a stroller? Strollers are prohibited for safety reasons. We advise you to bring a baby carrier.
